Shipping policy

The order processing time can reach up to 14 working days during busy periods. Please note that this processing time is in addition to shipping times. However, please contact us if you need your order urgently as we will always be as accommodating as possible. 

UK Shipping

For UK customers, parcels are delivered by Royal mail tracked.

Please allow up to 10 days after your expected received date to contact us as per royal mails shipping policy.

UK RETURNS

All Prints are locally printed and packed by Sheryl with care, however if you do experience any issues, i’m on hand to help! Please send us a message via the 'contact us' page or alternatively, you can email us at info@sherylelainepape.com 

Our return policy is 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

We take every care to ensure your products are properly protected during transit but appreciate that very occasionally damages may occur. We will replace or refund products damaged during delivery if photographic proof of damage is sent to us within 3 days of delivery. We sadly cannot refund or replace items that have been used. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 30 days.

We sadly cannot accept returns or refunds on on any used products.
